PaleoTechnology International is a wholly-owned subsidiary of BioFibre Technology International. With headquarters in Salt Lake City, Utah, USA, the company has access to capital, essential core technologies, and global markets to successfully bring projects to completion and generate strong revenue.

In 2006, Paleo completed in 2006 comprehensive market research and established PaleoTechnology Australia Pty Ltd (“PaleoAustralia”) a wholly owned subsidiary of Paleo, and operations in Melbourne Australia. PaleoAustralia has established strategic partnerships in Australia and New Zealand. These regions abound in botanical and natural resource environments that are ideally suited for the Company’s proprietary GSET technology.

PaleoTechnology International intends to enter into specific regional and international partnerships, each focused on a specific technology or application. As programs and projects mature, each in-country entity will be incorporated nationally, and operate exclusively in that market. The eventual goal of PaleoTechnology International is to own and manage global R&D and commercialization ventures around the world, applying technology expertise to the solution of social and economic problems.
